NW200 9th-16th may 2009
Who fancies going?.
I've got my name in for accommodation for 6 but can change it.
We leave (approx) wed 13th may and return sunday 16th, going via seacat from Stranaer.
If we get self catering accom for the whole week I fancy going early and touring Ireland tho, so if anyone fancies that.......

Definitely me & my mate from Glasgow.
We've had no luck at all finding B&B accomodation. Our last resort was turning up with the tents, hoping to find a pitch.
I won't be leaving until Thurs 14 May. My mate and I will be getting the ferry from Troon, since it's much closer to his house, on Fri 15 May. We plan on returning Mon 18 May. I have to get back to work!!

Re: NW200 9th-16th may 2009
Been looking at Troon ferries this am and they seem the better option , for both price and times.
We're currently hoping to get self catering accom so we are our own bosses and don't have to worry about other guests.
What like a price are people willing to pay for accom, I've seen prices of £60+/night for B&B, so should be a similar for our self catering. I'm willing to pay £150 each for a cottage/house for the weekend but will pay more if we have to hire for the week.

C'mon Irish, i'd have thought you'd be able to get us free digs in the 'homeland' anyway.

Re: NW200 9th-16th may 2009
We've booked accom for the 8 interested so far.
We needed to book asap as I've been informed waiting til 24th will result in no digs available.
If anyone interested hasn't replied yet, you'll have to arrange your own digs.
sorry.

Excellent, well done bigmac. What area are we staying & do you require a deposit?
Re: NW200 9th-16th may 2009
Don't thank me, Paul did all the hard work. We have a 4bdrm cottage in Port Stewart about 50 yards from the trackside.
Speaking of which, can everyone who's stated they wanted to go ring Paul for more info and to arrange payment of the deposit asap.

We've now got 12 people who are definetly going and that's as many as we can sleep comfortably.
Any further takers for the trip will have to arrange their own accommodation.
