NUMBER PLATES Empty NUMBER PLATES

As from friday it is illegal to purchase a small number plate even if it is for show only.You will have to take your v5 form to any place that sell number plates to purchase a plate.So that's it for small plates what a bastard, plod has got it's way again, so order your illegal plates now.
