Hi,
I'm David Craigie, I live in Wick and work for Kongsberg Maritime (Osprey Electronics)
I've been into biking for about 10 years but only progressed to a full licence in 2006.
I've got a black Triumph Sprint RS.
I'm looking forward to getting some good rides out and good craic with the folk in the club.

Hi David, welcome to the club, so your the guy with the black rs, seen you about town few times. Had one myself a few years ago and thought it a very under rated bike, had heaps of fun on it.

Cheers Mutley,
Yeah I like the RS, its fast enough for a bit of weekend blasting (obviously never going to keep up with the sporty stuff....but I can live with that!) and comfy enough to throw the girlfriend and luggage on and take off touring.
I had an older CBR600 before the RS and like to think of the RS as a bigger version of the CBR.
Its a very usable all-rounder and as you say much under rated

Hi Folks.

The names Lee from Keiss. (Hello Irish! Very Happy )

I've spent the last 2 months smacking an old Yammy FJ1100 with a hammer and as soon as Paul MOT's it I'll be on the road.

It's the first bike I've had in about 8 years, I had a lot of back problems after a 15mph Rolling Eyes spill in London when I was a bike courier. It's nice to finally be back on 2 wheels.

Look forward to seeing you guys and girls around. Time off is a bit of a problem at weekends 'cos I run a Taxi - but I'll do what I can.

Introduction

Post  Nibbler on Sun Oct 05, 2008 7:32 pm

Howdy folks.

Thought I would join Tugmistress and be another female on the forum so, Mutley and Irish, you better be on your best behaviour now.

I currently have a ZXR400L which is not road worthy at the mo - she is in the garage in one or two pieces (could be more, its been a while since I have seen her Sad ).

Tugmistress, how's e bike going?? Missed you at AMS when you were in for your gloves.

My aim, over the winter is to get work done on the bike and have her on the road for the summer next year (you know, the time of year when it is slightly warmer!!)

Anyway, I have introduced myself and hope to get to know you lot
